Double Whammy New York cop, Ray Pluto, suffers the ultimate in professional humiliation. Roy and his partner stop at a fast food restaurant just as an armed robbery is taking place. Roy, reaching for his gun, spots his opportunity. Unfortunately, he manages to put his back out and lands in a heap on the floor.
